This isn't what I thought it would be. My agent assured me it wasn't a glider, but turns out it is. It seems and feels low quality! I doubt it will hold up for long! I'm really unhappy with this buy. When I reached out, they informed me about a 15 percent restocking fee! I regret my reviews on this item!!! Such a total misrepresentation.

This company feels more like a scam than anything else. Whether you place an order online or call them up, they come off as super professional, but it’s really just a front. Once you hand over your cash, good luck! They take ages and have a million excuses. They’ll promise you two weeks, but honestly, just keep your fingers crossed. Delivery dates keep shifting, and if you try to cancel, they’ll hit you with a 15 to 30% fee. It’s like they never even shipped your stuff, just so they can pocket that percentage. Seriously, don’t waste your time or money with this company. They don’t even deserve a single star.

I had to rate this a single star. Seriously, steer clear of this company. The furniture quality is terrible, and their customer service is non-existent. It took 11 weeks for my bed frame to arrive, and it was all messed up. Make sure to read their contract closely. Just don’t buy from them!

The delivery came quick and was easy to track. Our countertop stools were packed really well, and putting them together was a breeze. Honestly, I managed to set up four of 'em in roughly an hour.

Awesome deal and quick shipping. The mirror I got wasn't quite what I expected (had that fun-house vibe), so I got in touch. FurnitureEtc reached out to the manufacturer, but they weren't much help. Still, FurnitureEtc did handle the return. I’m giving it 4 stars since I had to fork out $33 and send it back myself (pretty standard for online furniture buys), plus the return period for FurnitureEtc is super short (only 7 days after you get the item to start a return!)
